Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of full Pro, free, with no credit card. You get every Pro feature — the model selector with p10–p90 confidence bands, scenario planning, Slack alerts and board-ready reports — on your own data, and you only choose a paid plan when the trial ends. You don’t even need a CRM to start: seed a workspace with sample data or import a spreadsheet first.
Do I need to connect my CRM to try Pipemetry?
No. You can seed your own workspace with realistic sample data and click through the whole product in minutes, or import a CSV/Excel export from any CRM — both before wiring up a live Salesforce or HubSpot connection.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a user who logs into Pipemetry, and every plan is billed per seat. Starter supports up to 10 seats and Pro up to 25; Enterprise is unlimited. Need a different seat count? Talk to us.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing portal. Changes are prorated.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing is built into checkout: Starter is $25 and Pro $49 per seat / month when billed annually (about 14% off monthly for Starter, 17% for Pro). Multi-workspace pricing is sales-led — talk to us.
How much does sales forecasting software cost for a small team?
With Pipemetry, sales forecasting software costs $29 per seat / month on Starter (up to 10 seats) or $59 per seat / month on Pro (up to 25 seats) — $25 and $49 when billed annually. There is no mandatory implementation fee, and you can start free before paying.
How is Pipemetry cheaper than Clari?
Pipemetry is self-serve and built lean for SMB, so there is no mandatory implementation fee and no enterprise minimum. Plans start at $29 per seat / month versus the five-figure annual contracts typical of enterprise forecasting platforms.
What does a 10-seat team actually pay per year?
A 10-seat team on Starter pays $3,480 per year at the monthly rate, or $3,000 per year billed annually at $25 per seat / month. The quote-only enterprise RevOps contracts Pipemetry replaces typically start at five figures per year before implementation fees — so at $3,000 a year, Pipemetry costs less than a third of even a $10,000 contract, with no implementation fee on top. That arithmetic, not a vague ROI promise, is the payback.
Two meanings of ROI
When sales teams search for “ROI software” they mean one of two things. The first is forecast-accuracy ROI — missing the number less often, and paying less for the tooling that gets you there. That is what Pipemetry improves, and the 10-seat payback math in the FAQ above is that story. The second is customer-facing ROI and business-case tooling — value-selling software your reps use to build an ROI deck for a prospect. That is a different category (Ecosystems, ValueCore, Cuvama, Mediafly, Minoa, Symbe, The ROI Shop, among others), and Pipemetry is not a value-selling tool. If it’s your own payback on forecasting you want to model, the numbers above are the honest place to start.
